[X]Preferably, lessons are 60 minutes long, but lessons of 45 or 30 minutes are also possible in some cases.
[X]Every student has their own learning pace. That is why lessons are preferably given individually. In addition, playing together is fun and educational. Ensemble playing is highly recommended and can be offered as part of the lessons. Playing together with piano is also highly recommended.
[X]Clarinet lessons are most effective in individual settings. After a few years, group or duo lessons can be introduced, for example, once a month, to promote good intonation.
[X]First, it is necessary to determine what the student aspires to achieve in the field of music. Jazz? Classical? Does the student already have musical experience? The answers to these questions largely determine the path to be chosen. Regardless of the answers, it is important to have a solid foundation. Mastering the “technical” aspects of the instrument is therefore the first challenge. After that, the possibilities are endless!
